ZumbaFashion.com will neither sell nor share your information with any outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we will collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and payment information. This information is provided for the processing of your order. We will not sell or share this information. In accordance with our Fraud Protection Measures, we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Standard Return Policy
Items purchased at ZumbaFashion.com can be returned only for Store Credit within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect all items upon receipt. All claims for shortages, damaged, or incorrect merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be returned in its original package, unopened or in perfect condition. In order for the product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of dirt, hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. If your returned item does not meet this criteria, is not returned within 14 days as stated, or is determined to be not defective, it is not eligible for Store Credit.
Defective items are subject to verification. If item is deemed not defective, you will be financially responsible for any return shipping costs.
We strongly suggest that returns be shipped back to us with a tracking number for delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail or sent without a tracking number.
Return processing is completed within seven days of package receipt. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
No refunds, returns or exchanges on International Orders.
Final Sale Items cannot be returned. This includes CDs, DVDs, Accessories, and other items as indicated in the Product Description.
Additionally, any items purchased from our Closeout category, cannot be returned.
Items returned outside of 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted after 45 days.
Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number, including Unclaimed Orders, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All packages that are unclaimed and returned by USPS will not be refunded. However, a Store Credit will be issued for the amount minus shipping and handling cost and a 20% restocking fee. In the event your order is returned to us for insufficient or incorrect address and requires re-shipping, you will be charged the full USPS Priority Mail rate for your package. Discounted shipping will not be applied to re-shipped orders.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Typically all items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Package delivery time is only 1-4 days! Your shipment will include tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance. In some cases your shipping location may require UPS or FedEx delivery instead. The tracking information for your shipment will be sent to you via email. Orders are processed within one to three business days-- in many cases even the same day as your order! Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the order price or in the shipping cost for international shipments. These charges are regulated by individual governments/countries and therefore we cannot determine the amount or include the charges in our order. We have NO control over these customs fees. If required by your government, those specific import charges must be paid directly to your customs center or shipping provider. These fees will be assessed once the package is processed by your customs clearance facility before delivery to you.
